Diraa ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our marketplace platform. 2.3 Diraa+ Browser Extension

Diraa+ only accesses page images and page URLs when you use its capture feature. It stores your extension session, request drafts, captured images, delivery-location selections, and Guide replies locally in Chrome so the extension can provide its user-facing product-sourcing workflow. Email addresses are transmitted securely to Diraa when you request or verify a one-time sign-in code. Location searches are sent to the Photon geocoding service, and map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap.

Diraa+ does not sell user data or use browsing activity, captured page content, authentication information, or location data for advertising. Diraa's use of information received through browser APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We only use this data to provide or improve the extension's single purpose: helping you capture an item and ask Diraa Guides to find it.

2.4 Maps and Route Previews

Request maps display the delivery point and calculate routes automatically. Guides may save a business pin that is used for their routes and shown on requests assigned to them. If a business pin is unavailable, your browser is asked for device location permission. When permission is granted, Diraa sends the current starting point and delivery coordinates to the FOSSGIS OpenStreetMap routing service to calculate the route. FOSSGIS may log these requests under its own privacy policy. OpenFreeMap receives tile requests for the area viewed. Device location is used temporarily and is not saved to your profile or included in audit log details. Guide business pins are saved only when the Guide chooses “Save location” or “Save business location”. Customers can update delivery pins at any time; changes are recorded in request history. Delivery pins are visible to the customer, verified Guides, and administrators.

2.5 Delivery estimates, live tracking, and payment handling

To estimate delivery cost, Diraa sends the Guide pickup point and customer delivery coordinates to KayaGo. Diraa uses this request for a price estimate only; it does not book a ride or send a rider. The Guide arranges and pays the delivery provider and can share Diraa’s private driver-tracking link with the delivery agent. Live driver location is shared with the customer and selected Guide while tracking is active.

Customer payments are recorded by Diraa’s payment provider and the Guide’s payout remains held in Diraa’s payment workflow until delivery is recorded and the customer confirms successful receipt. A payment is not automatically refunded after it is made. If there is a problem, contact Diraa support; the team will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate refund or other resolution under Diraa’s Terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by law, including any applicable cancellation or refund right.
